Hey there! My name is Leilani, but I go by Lei. Im 24yrs old and I struggle a lot with my depression and anxiety. My day-to-day life consists of work, gym, and home. I have a very busy schedule because of some familial needs that I have to tend to so there isn’t much time for me to evaluate my thoughts. Because of this, I feel like I’ve regressed a lot in the past year and I feel lost. I can’t afford therapy right now due to those familial needs so I plan to utilize this to get some sort of mental clarity.
