...See more Hello. I've been dealing with bad social anxiety and depression for a while now. I have always been somwhat of a loner and a pessimist, however things seem to be getting worse as i can no longer enjoy things that I used to love, like reading and studying. My parents don't really care about my problems so I'm left on my own. Thing is I can barely talk to the people I know, can't even think about talking to a stranger without freaking out. I don't know how to seek help when I physically can't talk to a doctor.
