Greetings. Although 7 Cups of Tea has trained me to be a better listener, life has trained me, too. When I need to step back from everything that keeps me busy, I'm an avid napper, walker, concert-goer, foodie, and cartoon-lover. I'm less zealous, unfortunately, about my writing, art, and exercise - progress is a process. If you are willing to be open, so am I.
