Hi, I'm Neen! I'm a trained active listener here on 7 cups and I like to support people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, LGBT+ related issues, abuse/trauma, grief and self esteem. Althought I have more experience in these areas I am here no matter how big or small your problem seems to be.

I also have experience with self-harm and I suffer from BPD so I can offer you someone to talk to without any judgement. I enjoy being with my animals, gaming, writing, reading, drawing and Youtube.
