Hello I'm nikki and I'm new here to the 7cups website I checked out the website because I suffer from depression and anxiety to cup it short im from United kingdom im new to useing online therapy website don't know how this works just looking for some help right now advice anything to add I am gothic I like rock and metal music all horror movies Sept aliens and sharks I am a gamer enjoy playing games on my phone also on computer im I have had depression and anxiety for over 1 year now never really had much experience with therapy I like to meet new members here sadly I am quiet and nervous type my conversation s and what I talk about depends on how my mood is and trust is a big deal to me with anyone I meet and talk to have to trust you and prefer to share what's going on with others who suffer from depression and anxiety thank you for welcoming me
