I wish the things typed up about myself could be free spirited and adventurous, but in all honesty I’m a hermit crab with no energy to create a make believe life. I’m 38 going on 39 in July and I joined this forum to view my mental health issues as successors for my life and not failures. I’m recently single and would also like to know how to overcome my pain in a healthy way, as oppose to sinking into a deep pit of nothingness. It’s the summer in which I’m usually shining bright as the sun, so I’m asking for help to find my light again. ☀️
