I can't praise this listener enough. So kind and encouraging without being overbearing. I could rant about anything without feeling judged or like I was taking up their time and then they helped me to find the root of my problem and work out steps forward. But what I love most is that they're prepared to talk with me again to make sure I'm ok, and when I'm offline they message to see how I'm getting on. I feel like this listener cares about me, and it's wonderful. :)
