Hi there! My name is Naomi and I'm a 29 year old digital nomad currently cat-sitting my way across Europe. I am a freelance photo retoucher, English tutor, and lifestyle strategist. I grew up in New York before attending the University of Denver in Colorado where I studied communications, film, Spanish, and leadership. I’ve always been intrigued by concepts and practices of personal development and I spent years exploring tips, tricks, and routines for enhancing my own life experience. I’ve completed yoga teacher training, taken courses in positive psychology, read countless self-help books, sifted through a wide spectrum of geniuses and gurus, and have been meditating daily for the past 6 years. I've also always naturally taken on the role of confidant and cheerleader with friends and family and love bringing the same compassion and curiosity to everyone I meet. I currently do this through a six-step program I designed to inspire reflection and provide support for people as they navigate the challenges, changes, and triumphs of daily life.
