...See more Hi everyone, how do you deal with overwhelming negative emotions? I had a good day yesterday and thought I was ok, but then all my negative thoughts and emotions came back to me at night. I felt very sad and didn't know how to handle it at this moment. I talked to somebody and it was good somehow, but I am afraid of myself. I don't trust myself and my emotions, that even I felt good it changed at every moment.

...See more Hi my name is Janina. I am diagnosed with an eating disorder for years, but I think I have also a depression. I also struggle with self harming behavior. It was better for years but now it's getting worse. Because of some health issues like cancer and marriage problems I am overwhelmed and struggle with dark thoughts and don't really know how to get out at the moment. About two days ago I found this site and i hope it can help me to find a good way to handle it all. Thanks for having me.
