On 7 Cups I specialise in grief and bereavement support, losing a loved one, losing a job, going through a break-up, loss of good health, etc. Grieving is a healthy reaction on the loss of someone or something that we're attached to. It is the connection between losing someone or something, and integrating this loss in our lives. Grieving can result in many psychological, biological and social issues, as well as spiritual issues. During our chats we will focus on you, the impact of the loss on your life, the way you're coping with it and your support network.

After our initial conversation, I can most assuredly say that I could not have found a better person to talk to. Her approach and manner were excellent in every respect - she is clearly a highly skilled person, but much more than that, she is clearly a very warm, kind and understanding person, with a calm and caring nature.
