...See more Just needed a place to vent. It's almost 3 am for me and I realize many nights I have so many thoughts bouncing around in my head. I finally took my therapists advice and jotted them down in an app on my phone. Looking at all the thoughts now I feel bad that this is what keeps me from getting good rest. I'm not currently officially diagnosed yet, I'll be turning 40 this year and finally for around to getting a therapist and had my first psychiatric appointment last week, was very excited.. she prescribed me Wellbutrin but I just barely started it... not sure how long it takes to kick in.. needed someone to talk to and I didn't wanna wake up my fiance, so I downloaded this app, anyway was just venting hopefully now I can get some sleep...
