...See more Hi guys! I'm new here :) I struggle with perfectionism and every small mistake can lead me to doubt my overall ability, lowering my self-esteem as a result. Does anyone have any tips on how to be kinder to yourself and more confident? My perfectionism is bad and I would feel guilty for not being productive, making me think I'm a failure. Have a nice day~
