...See more Heyy I'm Emma, im almost 16 and I'm having some problems with my biological dad... So, my dad and I have had many small arguments before but we are having a big one right now... I have PTSD, depression, bi-polar, and a few other things. My step mom (Lets call her Marisa), doesn't like me for many reasons including not accept me and not likening me because of my mental health problems and is jealous of me because I "get more attention" from my dad when I go to his house (one weekend a month). I have talked to her about why she doesn't like me and why she doesn't accept me and she very clearly said "you scare me when you are around my son (he's 11) because you might hurt him since you have mental issues" ... What's even worse is my dad was in the room with us when she said that and he didn't say anything like he agreed with her or something. I know he heard her because he looked at both of us when she said that and looked back at his phone like nothing happened. When i'm at his house all he does is work on his trucks and stay in the garage. I'm not supposed to go in there because there is alcohol in there and Marisa says that since i'm "crazy" (yes, she called me crazy because I have mental health issues...) and she thinks i might go in there, get drunk, and hurt someone or something? I don't know... I just don't know what to do. I love him but, I feel like he doesn't love me...

If you had to give someone advice about calming down, what would you tell them? My answers: Q1: I like to sit in my room, in the dark with my windows open so I get fresh air. Q2: I don't really like to talk to people unless I'm talking to my best friend about what is happening. ...See more Hello! (Icebreakers) Last week the questions were about pets/animals. This week is about you favorite things. 1. What is your favorite smell? 2. What is your favorite sound? 3. Who is your favorite family member (or friend)? 4. What is your favorite thing to do? My answers: 1. This one is kind of weird but my favorite smell is probably fresh garlic bread lol. I love the smell! I don't know why 2. My favorite sound is definitely horse hooves on cement. It's probably because I have grown up with horses... 3. My favorite family member is my 23 year old brother. Every Sunday he comes over for dinner and when he is leaving, he always asks me if I'm doing okay and he does a wrist check (I am 4 weeks clean!). My favorite friend is 16 and we can tell each other anything and everything! We also do wrist checks on each other. 4. I don't really like to do anything... I don't have any hobbies. ...See more Hi guys! I hope you are having a great day/night :> I'm gonna try to do random questions every week.. Because- um.. why not ^w^ Questions this week are: 1. If you have any pets? What do you have, and which are your favorites? 2. If you could have any animal (even a wild animal-) what would you want? 3. (A little different) If you could be any animal, what would you be? Would you be wild or tame? My answers: 1. I have all my pets in my bio (in yellow... if you're curious, you can go look ^^ ) My favorites are my dog, Dooney, my horses Missy and Sargent (Sarge), and my bull calf Milo. 2. If I could have any animal in the world it would be a Pallas cat... They are so cute and so fluffy! They do look grumpy but if you look up Pallas cat, you may see a picture of them resting their front paws on their super fluffy tail! They do this to keep their paws warm in the snow ^^ 3. I would be a horse... (Please don't say i'm a horse girl because of this). I think being a horse would be fun (in a herd or tamed) because I am a social person most of the time but I can also function on my own. I also just love how majestic they are, they're strong, intelligent, and quick. I hope you have fun thinking about this! Take care! <3

...See more Hey uh- (Kinda TW - (Sexual Assault) ) So lets start where it all started... So, last summer my grandpa moved into our house and he kinda gave me bad vibes. (I was raped before by my uncle so I get PTSD about small things). I was upset with my biological dad one day and my grandpa was walking towards me (like we were going to pass each other) but he kind of wrapped his arm around me and stopped me and asked if I was okay. This was the first time I really felt uncomfortable around him. Another time he was asking me weird things like- "do you have a boyfriend?" or "Has anyone else besides Josh (my uncle)?". He would bring up my uncle a lot and it would give me flashbacks every time. Almost everyday he brought him up I would cry myself to sleep that night and sometimes the night after. One day I was coming home on the bus and I usually sat near my siblings because they would get bullied a lot. When I got on though, they were not there. So, I sat with my friends instead. When I got home I ran inside and was going to ask my mom where they were but my stepdad and my mom were gone along with my siblings. So I asked my grandpa. He told me to look at my phone. I grabbed my phone and saw my mom and stepdad sent a text saying that they were going to California (I went with just my mom to California a few weeks before). I had drivers ed (online) that day so I was sitting in the kitchen, setting up everything. My grandpa walked inside and yelled at me to let the dogs in and feed them. The meeting just started and they were taking attendance so I couldn't leave and I told him that. He started yelling at me more and my PTSD was building up. I also have anger issues so I kind of raised my voice at him, we were yelling at each other for about 10 minutes and he eventually said "I'm moving out". I didn't know what to do so I called my mom. A while later we agreed that my older brother would come pick me up so I didn't have to be with him. While I was with him after our argument he wasn't feeding me or anything. A few times he would get dressed up and I asked him where he was going and he told me he was going out to eat. He told me to clean the whole house and feed and water all the animals. And every night he would order or pick up food from somewhere. He never brought food home and if he did I wasn't allowed to eat it. Ever since this weekend last summer, we haven't talked to him. He blocked all of my family on everything. My mom's friend, Lilly wasn't blocked on *** and saw that he posted something. When she saw the post it was him with another family. We had no idea who any of them were so after looking for over 3 days we found out, my mom has a sister and twin nephews. My mom is 40 and we are guessing my aunt is in her early 30's or late 20's. My mom talked to her aunt and her aunt said that she knew he had another daughter, apparently he found out last summer (a little before the weekend he moved out). We think another reason he was trying to move out is because he wanted to meet his other daughter. My mom is my closest family member and I love her so much. She is always tired, depressed, quiet, she never gets sleep, shes almost always cranky, and I've heard and seen her crying in her room, looking at her phone. This has been off ever since she found out this news. I also just needed to get this off my chest. It hurts me so bad to see her like this. If you have read this whole thing I want to thank you. ...See more Hey guys! Welcome to 2023 Just a random check up on everyone. So, how is everyone doing? What did you do over winter break? How was your Christmas and New Year? How are you feeling about 2023? What is you goal this year? For me... I'm okay i guess. My girlfriend and I aren't doing too well I don't think... We haven't talked for 2 days even though we have bumped into each other many times... Winter break was fun. I hung out with my brother, saw my dad (which wasn't the best but oh well.), had a friend stay the night, hung out with family, and I got a new horse for Christmas! (I need name ideas, he's a palomino dapple Thoroughbred gelding). I'm excited about 2023 because it's another year i'm still alive... I don't really have a goal for this year but uh- yeah! ...See more Hey guys... So- I recently got gf, Alison. Both of our parents are very homophobic... Im not allowed to bring my phone to school because ✨ parents ✨ So.. (dumb idea) we talk on Teams Microsoft πŸ˜…. So Alison's parents found out because her mom went through her phone that had Teams on it (she even hid the conversation and the app). Her mom read all the messages. She saw that we called almost every night until around 12pm or even 3am. When Ali told me that she found out she started crying and saying she is super sorry and that her mom also wanted to talk to my parents about it because we were talking about our parents being homophobic... Her mom came to school one day (during lunch, which is when we mainly hang out) because Ali forgot her chromebook. So when she came in and saw us sitting next to each other she pushed Ali off the bench, looked at me, looked at her, and told me that I need to stay away from Ali and she told Alison that they were leaving and if I didn't break up with Alison then she would pull her out of the school... I don't know what to do... I don't want to break up with her 😞 If you are still reading this, thank you so much because I need help 😭
