...See more I talked to a psychologist today for the first time in a really long time. After our discussion she recommended I meet with a psychiatrist. What should I expect from a psychiatrist? Will I have to go over everything again if they both can see each others notes? Will the psychiatrist or psychologist diagnose me? I'm confused as you can tell.

...See more Honestly struggling hard. I don't understand why it's so hard for someone to tell me the truth. When I don't get an answer I automatically go to the worst case scenario and then I spiral and spiral. I dig and dig to find my own answer to the question when all I need is the truth from you. I feel sick to my stomach today.
