Hi everyone, my name is Matt and I am here to give what's been given to me. I have an unattractive past of growing up in a dysfunctional family where I've suffered from chronic trauma and stress. I developed multiple addictions at a very young age to cope with and escape from my life. I was addicted to various substances and behaviors for many years, and I hit rock bottom many times because all my life I felt hopeless and misunderstood. The support was all around me but I was to unconcious to reach out or to be open to receive help. Whatever your struggles, you are not alone. Things do get better, but you are responsible for making the decisions and taking the actions to change your life accompanied by the support you deserve. I came here in complete desperation to get the support I needed which was pivotal to help me find the specific areas of growth I needed to work on. Today I am a lifetime student of recovery, continuing to learn and grow every day.  My quality of life has been enhanced in many ways from within by consistently progressing in my self-development journey. I am now free from all my addictions and traveling around the world, living my dreams after feeling stuck and useless for so many years. My past experience is what uniquely qualifies me to work with others who I can relate with. I am not a professional and I do not know a lot about many issues other than my own. I am just here to support you. You are only human no different from the rest and you deserve the best. We make mistakes, but that does not define us.
