...See more It do not really know what happened. I have always slept well, but now I am lucky to get an hour of sleep a night. Nothing has really changed. I eat well, and am active enough during the day to be ready for sleep, but I just cannot. I have tried meditation, going to bed sooner and cooling down, even sleeping meds, but nothing works.
