...See more Hello, I am a new member with an old weight on my shoulders called social anxiety; I'm sure some of you are familiar it😏 Even though I have a therapist that I see on a weekly basis, life has an annoying habit of throwing curveballs (in this case minor health issues) that increases my anxiety to stupid levels. I rarely get an opportunity to speak with others who suffer with this weight and my current fear and loneliness has forced me out of the shadows to join this site. I think I'd like some perspective and perhaps tips to stay calm( or at least calmer than I am currently). Thanks!
