I can't take any new long term Members and Mentees right now, but I'll be around for everyone who already knows me. Hello, my name is Ocean, I am just another human, here on the Cupsland. I've always liked to listen to people and support them, in any way possible. This listener was giving me their undivided attention - was SO kind to give me the space to vent and at the same time show REAL concern, asking me about my breathing pattern and being so quick to draw my attention to things I can focus on instead, to distract my panic episode.
