I'm from USA but have been living in Zambia for almost 4 years. I run an orphan care center with 42 children that come 3 times a week. I have been struggling with serious anxiety issues for sometime. It Is hard living in an area that doesn't offer help, no doctors or people to talk to. I am trying to cope on my own.
