I will listen with curiosity and can assure you, I am nonjudgemental. My style is warm and collaborative. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel free to let out your true feelings. I am a social work student, currently working on my masters. I am a nontraditional student so I am older and social work will be a second career for me. I have experience with work/career, and relationship issues as well as mental illness, grief, forgiveness, anxiety, emotion regulation, social skills, DBT, self-esteem, ptsd and trauma, work stress, LGBTQ+, Autism spectrum disorder and personality disorders.
