Mental health is something that I’ve struggled with for most my life. I do know that when someone just listens to me, that alone makes me feel 1). Like my feelings are valid 2). I am not alone 3). That I matter.
I want to help others because I know how it feels to be at the bottom and thinking there is no way I’ll be able to genuinely laugh or smile again. No one should ever have to feel alone and everybody should have someone to talk to. That’s why I am here.
