Hello! My name is Mark!
If I had to choose one specialty topic, I would choose transgender issues (especially among teens) or the LGBTQ+ Community in general.
As a listener, I will be open-minded and respectful. I will not lecture or give up on you. I also believe in a more "tough love" approach and will treat you like an adult, which includes being honest with you even if it may upset you. If you are sensitive or cannot handle brutal honesty, then perhaps I am not the best listener for you. I am in no way a mean person, but I don't like to sugarcoat things.
I enjoy theatre - both performance and technical aspects, going on walks, playing video games, and watching horror movies. I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you.

Mark is the best listener that i have ever spoken to. He helped me more than I could ever imagine. He talked me down, meaning that I had an to self harm, but he talked to me and was able to calm me down. He always responded right away, even if his response was long. He was the perfect mix of professional but not robotic. He was extremely emphatic and I was so glad I was able to talk to him. Thanks to him, I didn't cut last night.
