One of the hardest things to admit to one self is that you can't do it all on your own, and that at the very least you need someone to talk to, that will accept you as you are and will not try to change you - well here I am!
Whatever you are thinking, no matter how bad it might sound, you're allowed to say it.
I think being honest with yourself is both one of the hardest and most powerful things you can do to improve how you feel (speaking from personal experience).
I'm not here to tell you how in fact you should be feeling or what in fact you should be thinking, just to listen and be with you, because I think you are great and that you deserve to be happy.
