I live in Australia, work at a for a large IT company. I am a LGBTIQ ally and I am a gay man. Mental health is never the same for anyone day-to-day, and some of us experience a wide range of symptoms which affect us in different ways. There is nothing better than a listening ear, empathy and understanding.
