...See more every once in a while I wil lose a day somewhere. Today I realized I have done that this past week. I know it happened because I didn't take my medication one day and am a day off on my dosette package. I fin s this rather disconcerting and of course it also affects my sleep and mood because I missed my medications. It makes me pretty angry at myself also because I can't keep track of something so simple. Don't get me wrong this is not a regular occurrence but it has happened before. moved from daily check-ins to bipolar support by @JovialOne
