I've studied psychology over the years. No degree but may as well have one. Not to sound "pompous" I'm just stating I know a bit about mental health issues, addiction or alcohol issues, recovery, and spirituality. Christianity as well. Not here to preach. Not here to force any belief or opinion on anyone in an unsolicited fashion. Ask and I will answer. I struggle with PTSD as I am a disabled US Marine Veteran. Looking into EMDR therapy as I hear it works quite well.
