...See more Hello, I'm now 30 but for some reason I just can't get pass the trauma from my childhood that is affecting my adult life. Ive suffered from depression since I was 14 and could never pinpoint what caused it. Today I was thinking and I believed it started when my parents were constantly fighting. I remember reacting by busting out windows Everytime they'd fight and I don't know why. I began to hate men and feel they were evil and preyed on women vulnerability. I really wish I didn't feel like this but I don't know what to do to change it because I know my preception is probably not true. If anyone has experienced this please give me in sight on how to move forward. Or your personal experience with this. Thanks.
