...See more "Hi everyone, I’ve been struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and I’m really curious to hear how others manage their symptoms. It can feel overwhelming at times, and I’d love to connect with people who understand what it's like living with BPD. I’m looking for support, shared experiences, and maybe even some tips or coping strategies that have worked for you. I think it would be helpful to talk to others who get what I'm going through.
