Hi, I am a wife, mother to 2 beautiful children and I have the most amazing best friend in the world. I love to laugh, and I try and be happy but I have recently hit a stumbling block. I suffer from Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)! This can be pretty hard a lot of the time.

I have lots of interests but mainly I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends, I enjoy to socialise and to shop, I enjoy sports, TV and Music play a huge role in my life. Sometimes though the BDD restricts me from doing certain things. I am a huge overthinker and I always assume the worst. My biggest fear is that people always leave but I am hoping to start to leave that worry behind.
