I am a 38 year old single mother of three children. I struggle with addiction, relationships, etc. I try to put on a strong face but inside feel insane. I need to change my thinking. Drugs/alcohol are not the problem I am. I love the ocean, collecting sand dollars and sea glass. love to tan enjoy people. I read, go to meetings for my recovery love to meet new people and look forward to getting to know this community on-line.

...See more So finally last night, had enough. Blocked all text, blocked him on Facebook asked him to never contact me again. Was in this five-year, six including the first year when we were just friends, relationship with someone I thought was my best friend and who would never turn their back on me. Now I'm seeing how blind love really is. I was the friend I was loyal I was honest he never was. He continues to want to text me every day and check in on me however this is more to make sure I'm still there if he needs anything. I will not be used or hurt by him no longer. Going to need support to stay strong please help.

...See more Just want to introduce myself. My name is Lori and I'm getting out of a five-year relationship. This relationship started as best friends for a year. He still was texting daily however talking to 1 million other women. Finally last night I decided no more, I blocked all his text, blocked him from Facebook, told him please do not contact me anymore. Will not allow him to hurt me any longer. There is a lot more to the story but that's kind of the short version. No it's being strong enough to not unblock, not getting in and taking care of myself. May need some support
