Hello there! I'm so glad you found me on 7 cups of tea! I'm a trained active listener specializing in depression, self-injury, anxiety, break-ups, and bullying. I have a lot of life experience to help you through the dark times and I'd love to be here to help. I'm an intuitive empath, coming from a place of love and guidance. ...See more I was running out of options, trying to find some sort of therapy that would work for me and that I could afford. I was becoming quickly frustrated at the lack of therapists in my area and the outrageous fees that they charge. I needed to talk to someone, anyone, very badly one night when my depression was overwhelming me and I typed in "free online therapy" into Google on a whim and found this site. I started playing around with it and had a few conversions with listeners that did serve to help a bit. I decided I wanted to become a listener myself. It's very rewarding, helping other people. And I think it offers some insight into my own problems to talk people through theirs. It's a win/win situation.
