I'm a Lesbian in my early 40's. Been in a complicated marriage and relationship for 13+ years. I have 2 dogs that means the world to me. I am trying to reach a point where I can move on with my life and love myself. I am trying so hard not to fall back into the pattern that I've been stuck in for years.

However, even aided with insight on the psychology of what I have been subjected to it is so hard to just walk away and self preserve. I am hoping to be on a path to recovery soon. Best of wishes to everyone, and especially those dealing with narcissistic abuse in their personal relationships.
