...See more Hello I recently got out of a toxic relationship it was both verbal and sometimes psychical abuse. Even though I’m glad to be out of that situation it’s hard for me to cope because I was use to being with him everyday. Our relationship wasn’t always toxic and it makes me blame myself for the way he treated me but I didn’t do anything wrong In particular. For example if he lost his wallet he would blame me saying I was trying to steal his money and call me a gold digger ect. when in reality he just misplaced his wallet . He also had mental health issues that I always supported him though and he even got sent to a mental health facility once. After he got out things seemed to be better for a little bit then he reverted back to the way he was acting towards me. It’s sucks but I know he needs to work on himself and I don’t think I can ever go back to being treated like that. I tried to give him multiple chances to change but it just never seemed to work
