...See more Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I'm really depressed at all or not. I haven't go to a professional because of the money but I do feel like I am. Lately I lack motivation to do better things for myself. Like exercising, upskilling myself and all that. I was soooo energetic and stuff! Now, I feel like I better die because I can't do things better, I feel like I'm not enough or something. Does anyone know how to motivate yourself without self-loathe? Any suggestions and further informations are appreciated. Thank you so much 😊
