...See more After four years of this nonsense I've finally picked up 6kgs. I should be happy right? I should be relieved right? But I'm not. I hate how I look and am constantly panicking. I'm slowly losing weight again but I can't bring myself to fix it. Everything has just fallen apart and I just don't know how to do this all again.

My whole family is angry with me and constantly shouting about it. I am so terrified of gaining weight but I know that I need to and don't know how. Please help?

...See more To help me keep on being motivated and to gain weight I've decided to reward myself with foster kittens. I've managed to pick up 3kgs and not freak out so I got my foster kittens yesterday to keep me on track. Happy New Year!
