Hey, welcome to my feed! I am just me, I don't judge anyone or look down on people. I have suffered with Depression and have pretty much had my world flipped upside down and come out the other side. Medication, support and exercise helped me greatly - it's been a hard battle. At the start of August 2015, I hit a total wall, I was the lowest I had ever been, it was awake up call. I joined this site as I don't want to feel like I am in a pit of despair where no one understands me. I suffered this before and come through and I came through it again too. Hopefully I can inspire others and help them know that we are not alone in this.

Aside from background to why I'm here, I'm funny, I'm positive, creative, loving and loyal. I enjoy crafting, it's a great way to calm and focus me. I used to be really fit and danced a lot, I'm dancing again - exercise definitely helps physical and mental health; I will get fit and healthy again too.

I love all types of music and films. I love comic themed films/TV shows, I love the Walking Dead, American Horror Story: Hotel and the Big Bang Theory. I enjoy reading, losing myself in a book is the best way to escape reality sometimes.

If you are new to 7 cups, I can highly recommend this site, it is an endless source of information, self-help guides, ideas and people to talk to who genuinely know how you feel. When you are in the dark it is hard to see that you are not alone, but when someone puts a torch on, it lets you know that there's a way back to the light.
