...See more Hi there! I am new to 7 Cups so I am not sure how this works, or what I am allowed to do... but here it is anyways! We are all so hard on ourselves about how we look, I know I have been lately. I'm sure it has been done before, but I challenge everyone to write down 10 things they love about their body. Yes 10! It doesn't matter how silly or specific you think it is, look in the mirror and find 10 amazing things you love about your body! Let me know below! I will start... though this may take me a few minutes! Let's all support each other and start thinking about what we love rather than what we want to change!
