Struggling to do things I like

...See more Due to depression, lack of energy, and lack of motivation, I really struggle to be productive, even with things I like. And with art, I get discouraged because I'm not as good as I want to be, but I know in order to get better I need to practice. I just want to know if there are any ways I can combat this. I spend most of my time on social media, but even that gets tiring. But I don't feel like I'm able to do anything else.

...See more Idk what happened but the most recent time I logged in I saw that all of my chats were gone. I don't remember the exact name of one of the people I talked to the most, so idk if I'll be able to find them again :(
