...See more Introdutory sessions are emotionally draining but it's so worth it when you finally find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable. I did. I felt hopeful and good. However, today I received a mail saying she didn't believe I was dedicated to the therapy but have been pressured into doing it (which is absolutely not true). I feel devastated, hopeless and hurt. It took me long enough to build up courage and motivation but somebody pushed me back down this mountain and I feel discouraged to try again.
