...See more My life seems to be going so well, I get married in less than a year and my fiancé's family are great with me. But it doesn't feel real my anxieties are really high atm and I'm struggling to cope but I don't understand why? I feel sick and my chest is tight I'm grinding my teeth and just feel all kinds of sh*t. I'm having issues with sleeping as well I just don't want to sleep and being in bed just makes me feel worse I don't know what to do
