As a teen who struggles/has struggled with anxiety, panic, depression, OCD, and more, joining this community is the best thing that's ever happened to me. I love the group chats, listeners, activities, forums, and literally everything else here on 7 cups. ...See more Hi, so this is my first time create a post/thread so hopefully, I am doing all of this right! I am looking for a listener who has taught themselves to lucid dream already, or who is currently teaching themselves. I am trying to teach myself but I have been trying for about a month now with no luck. I would love it if there was a listener out there who knows what I'm talking about and would be willing to work with me to learn. I'm not asking for you to do a bunch of work and like... make some big plan or program or anything. I have already read books, researched, watched videos, etc. I guess I am just looking for someone to keep checking in with me, and maybe provide any tips or ideas if they have any. I hear all the time that you should surround yourself with people who are interested in the same things you are, or who will help you be a better person or whatever that quote is, but I have no one that I know who is interested in this. I think having someone to talk with about it, and to share my progress with would help motivate me, support me, encourage me, and make sure I don't give up trying to do this. Sorry, this is so long! Also, I'm going away in a couple of days, but only for a 3-4 day trip so I might not be here to check this thread for a couple of days but I will check before and after I get back. If you are not willing to do this or have no idea what lucid dreaming is, then thanks for reading the post anyway!
