My name is Isabel and I'm here to listen and support people through whatever they're going through. I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to share their feelings and I'm happy to be that person for you.

I have a genuine interest in helping others and have spent time learning about mental health and empathy through my experiences.

Outside of 7Cups, I enjoy video games, playing instruments, reading, art and animation which help me unwind. I also love meeting new people!
