...See more no one probably cares but i need to get this out of me earlier today i got *** off at my antidepressants bc of its side effects and i started panicking and evantually stabbed them with a fork out of anger and distress but i accidentally stabbed my finger once then i started bleeding and crying

...See more I cannot go out in public without thinking of everything that could go wrong. and i feel a sense of embarrassment when walking in public. talking to someone 1 on 1 isn't that bad but when im outnumbered i cant speak a word out of my mind.
