...See more Feeling lonely when I'm surrounded by supportive and attentive people.. I know it's a combination of factors that make me feel this way but I can't seem to get out of my own head. I'm isolating myself, and somehow I'm upset about it but I can't stop. Does anyone else feel alone even when you have a good support system?

...See more I've noticed that around this time of year, usually between February and April (but it came a little early this year), I have major depressive episodes lasting for weeks at a time. Sometimes there's a trigger, and sometimes I can't tell what triggered it. How can I prepare myself for this in the future? How can I help myself?
