...See more I woke up and instead of doing my normal routine to get ready for work I picked up my phone and watched a YouTube video. "I'll just watch one more and then get ready for work". Then I watched another one, and another one.... five hours later I was in bed. Then I was overwhelmed by the guilt and fear of not calling in to work. So I said just one more video.... another 5 hours in bed and everytime I finished a video I felt awful until I became numb. My husband tried to get me moving but I couldn't do it. I couldn't get out of bed or even make a simple decision on what to wear or eat or what to do. I shut down. That was on Monday. It's now Thursday and I'm still trying to get to work. What am I supposed to do?
