...See more Hey, it's been 4 months since I was left by someone I loved. He didn't give me a reason, and I'm left trying to pick of the pieces of my broken heart. It's not going great. I don't have a reason to hate him, yes, he hurt me, but so does everyone else. So, I can't fault him for that. I've found it helps to remanence on why I loved him. It helps see that other people can do what he did and not hurt me. My favorite thing was how much he cared about me. No matter what if I truly needed him there, he was.

...See more Hi, my names Holly. I've been depressed since I was 12, I think. But I was only diagnosed a few months ago. I'm always asked to rate my depression and anxiety on a scale of 1 to 10 1 being I'm so happy, not a sad bone in my body. 10 being I don't want to be alive. Usually it falls around a 7-8. But recently it's been getting into 9-10 territory. So I wanted to write my feelings out and what I did that day, until I feel a bit better to see if that helps. so Day 1, My depression is a 9, and my anxiety is a 5. I didn't do a lot today, work was long, but I left on time so it was alright. I missed my ex more than normal today, I think it was because I had a lot of free time. I hope you all have a wonderful day, and that your depression isn't too bad today.  Feel free to reply and tell me about your day too ^_^
