...See more I’m struggling so bad right now. I honestly hate everything and I hate that I am 36 and I can’t move or live a life I want to. I’m stuck and I’ll never get anything I want or have anything I want. I just wish someone would help me, but it feels like no one cares. Why is this happening? Why won’t anyone help me?

...See more So I’m struggling with depression and anxiety and loneliness. I feel like I’ll never get out of this funk. I’m 36 years old and I feel like a failure. I have no life, no friends( I feel like people don’t really like me). I have a complicated relationship with my family. And I’m struggling with my sexuality. I see a therapist and I’ve tired meds but it just feel like nothing is clicking. I want to move out of where I’m living but right now it’s not an option. My dad currently has cancer and it’s not looking good. I live with him and my stepmom right now. And I literally just go to work and no where else. I hate my life and I hate myself. Can anyone help me?

...See more Hi I’m new here and I have bad depression. I’ve been struggling for these past few days and there is bringing helping me. I’ve had depression for years. I see a therapist but I’m incredibly lonely and have no one. Anyway just saying hello.

...See more Hi everyone I’m new here, I’m 36 soon to be 37 and I struggle with depression and anxiety and loneliness. I have no friends and my family doesn’t understand mental illness. I have a therapist but I’d like to connect with others and hopefully get help and make friends here.
