I want to help others who have anxiety, general worries, improve your sleep as per I've learned from many scientists from very helpful podcasts and videos. I had terrible neck pain for 3 years but i got the right help in due time and can live better now.
Time is short cherish it i always better myself now especially since my mom died of cancer in 2019 April i have learned so much since then and will always try to be a better person than how i was when my mom was alive 😢! I get intense joy and serenity when I can hear others issues and help them discover things they didn't know!
