...See more What do you do with your days? How's do you fill the hours? I don't like going outside much and will avoid at all cost unless I get a burst of desire to go out I won't do it. I spend my days not doing much, I come here, try and help a few people, I read a lot, but sometimes I can read a whole page get to the bottom and can't remember a thing? It's like my brain closed down but my thoughts are to active, what do you do to escape and fill the hours?

...See more This year will be my first Christmas alone, my life drastically changed over 12 months, because I sit locked in thoughts most of the time trying to, I don't know, understand? Find a way through, learn to cope, I'm a long way off, but I am already fearful,of the festive holidays, the tidlewave of emotions I'm expecting so I made a choice, to volunteer at the soup kitchen, and visit the elderly in the evening, hoping this will distract me from my thoughts, and give me a reason for this day i hope I can stick to my plan. what other plans distract you from the festive period ? What do other people do?
