Hello there, I am here to listen and be with you. I am a happily married registered nurse. This space is a safe and non-judgemental environment, where you can let go of your troubles. I am a strong believer in compassion, acceptance, and positivity. I also recognise meditation, exercise and nature, as some of our great heros against anxiety and depression.
